COMPLIANCE
For many years, we have been promoting our business while emphasizing on trust and assurance without fixating on short-term profits.
We work every day with compliance in mind.
To firmly establish social logic and compliance in our company and then to develop our business, we have the following systems.
We set up Compliance Regulations, Maruishi Chemical Trading Charter of Corporate Conduct, and Maruishi Chemical Trading Corporate Behavior Guidelines (Compliance Manual),” as well as the Compliance Committee to further strengthen our compliance systems.
In view of the purpose of the whistleblowing system, which is scheduled to be legalized, we introduced the Speak Up System to collect internal information on any violation or suspected violation of compliance for leading our company to be an organization where employees can easily express themselves. This system enables employees and all the people having involvement in our company to participate in establishing better compliance.
Considering the conduct of corporate activities based on compliance and self-responsibility as our social responsibility, we set up the Maruishi Chemical Trading Charter of Corporate Conduct, as the basic spirit of the compliance system.
